We are committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains in specific terms what information Thinkr ('site,' “we,' 'us' or 'our') collects and receives from Account Holders and End Users (“you”) through our website and applications, which we collectively refer to as “the Service.”

Information We Collect

Traffic Data. We may collect a variety of visitor data such as IP addresses, browser settings, internet service provider (ISP) information, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and clickstream data ('Visitor Data'). The Thinkr internal servers and software automatically recognize Visitor Data. No Personally Identifiable Information is collected in this process. The Site may use Visitor Data to compile traffic data about the types of visitors who use the Site at specific intervals ('Traffic Data').

We may use Traffic Data to analyze Site traffic, but this information is not examined for Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use Traffic Data to diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, or display content according to your preferences. Visitor Data and Traffic Data may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, or advertisers on an aggregated and anonymous basis.

We may use the standard cookie feature of major browser applications and third-party providers, including Google Analytics features (Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting), or employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes, that allow us to store a small piece of data on a visitor's computer, or any other device a visitor uses to access Online Services, about his or her visit to the Site or use of Applications. We do not capture Personally Identifiable Information in cookies or use cookies to mine Personally Identifiable Information. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” directory. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such order forms, will be limited.

Personal Information

We require each customer to provide us with personal information ('Personal Information') to access and use our services. Personal Information is captured only when a visitor completes a form on our site, or speaks on the phone with an Thinkr employee, and willingly discloses that information. Personal information is also captured when third-party vendors create an account with us.

Personal Information includes: (i) 'Contact Data' (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) 'Financial Data' (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information); (iii) various miscellaneous data that may be necessary to collect in order to offer or improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use information we track and collect for the sole purpose of administering our services. We do not use this information for any other reason.

We will use your contact information to communicate with you about our services and inform you of offers, discounts, new releases, etc. You may receive emails from us responding to your inquiries or regarding the management of your account. For example, if a credit card on file expires, we'll notify you via email. If you request to reset your password, you will receive an email from us. We will not rent or distribute your information to third-parties unrelated to the fulfillment of our services.

Additionally, our system automatically analyzes your data, such as books you've added to your library, so that we may provide relevant suggestions to you and improve your experience with our services. Notifications regarding new releases you may be interested in are another example of actions our system will automatically take based on data we've logged from your use of our service.

How We Safeguard Your Information

We employ a number of measures to safeguard the security and integrity of the Personal Information we collect. For example, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), private dedicated servers, and intrusion detection measures and firewalls. Payment information is encrypted during transmission and is stored with a secure third party processor. While some Personal Information will be accessible to our staff, no sensitive billing information is accessible to them at any time. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that information will be absolutely safe from interception during transmission or intrusion during storage, while stored on our servers or elsewhere.

We have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during or after transmission. If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. If we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our care may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you.
